ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Florida lawyer Jose Baez has left the legal team for Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of murder in her daughter's death in July.
Baez removed himself from Anthony's legal team because of a recent falling out between the two, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
TMZ.com reported the falling out came after Anthony's private video diaries surfaced online.
Meanwhile, the depositions of two doctors, who interviewed Anthony while she was locked up, point to another theory as to how Anthony's daughter, Caylee Anthony, may have died, ABC News reported.
Anthony told two psychiatrists she believed her father, George Anthony, took Caylee from her bed, had some sort of sexual interaction with her, then drowned her to cover it up.
"[Anthony] said, 'I think he held her underwater, maybe he was doing something to her and he tried to cover it up,'" said Dr. Jeffery Danziger in a deposition released Wednesday.
George Anthony's attorney Mark Lippman issued a statement Wednesday that said the man was "made aware of these statements in the deposition prior to the trial of his daughter in 2011 and no new information has been disclosed today."
"As he has repeatedly said prior to the trial, during the trial and after the trial he never molested any member of his family including Casey Anthony and he had nothing to do with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony including what happened to her remains after she allegedly drowned," Lippman wrote.
